Scope of Work: Check and repair one each ceiling light that is slowly turning on, replace ballast and bulb as necessary. PM two each motorized curtains, apply grease to all bearings, check and replace grease in gear boxes, check alignment operator and shaft. Vacuum curtains of dust, two each.
