Scope of Work: Various roof leak repairs, exterior walls, windows at dodea schools (bldgs 1600/1601/1602/1603 & 1604) at andersen air force base.
* Pressure wash all roof gutters and exterior walls, approximately 161,000SF
* Replace damaged downspout with new twenty-five(25) each
* Seal Gutters using polymer concrete waterproofing , approximately 7,100LF
* Install downspout drain screens two hundred ten(210) each
* Install downspout shroud bird screen, two hundred ten(210) each
* Remove caulking from windows and re-caulk, one hundred two(102) each
* Epoxy inject concrete cracks
