Overseeing day to day administrative and operational functions of the corporation, he designs and implements business operations, as well as assists the Chief Operations Officer in establishing policies that promote company culture and vision. He participates in day to day operations and personally inspects to ensure that all components of IAN Construction projects meet the quality standards of the company. He provides a wealth of project experience and industry knowledge to IAN, having worked in the construction industry in Guam for more than twenty years.
