Scope of Work: Disconnect electrical service to office structure prior to start of work, apply lock out/tag out procedures. Coordinate with DZSP and CE Communications to secure all communication lines. Demolish and remove existing office structure, approximately 400 SF. Construct Type X gypsum board walls with 4″ wide metal studs at 16″ o.c., 20 x 34 x 10, with gypsum board roof and sheet metal covering.
The following were installed:
- 36 x 80 single door and frame with 12 x 12 glass insert
- 4 x 4 sliding glass windows
- 3 x 3 sliding glass service window with 3 x 12 deep counter
- Drop ceiling with 2 x 4 ceiling tiles, approximately, 680 SF
- 2 x 4 energy efficient fluorescent light fixtures
- Duplex electrical outlets
- Dedicated electrical outlets
- Internet/Telephone outlets
- New exit lights over doors
- 18,000 BTU split AC units
- Vinyl floor tile, approximately 680 LF
- Paint all interior and exterior walls, approximately 1960 SF
- 12 LF Chain link fence, 8 ft. high
