Scope of Work: Re-secure and tighten all ladders mounting bolts on 2 each roof access ladders, replace bolts and/or anchors, as necessary. Weld new L-bracket to top of ladders on each side, drill holes into concrete, install concrete anchors, threaded studs and nuts, 2 each per ladder; paint brackets with epoxy paint in color to match existing. Remove wire support from top of ladders.
