Scope of Work: Procure and ship 8 ea new 3ft x 3ft stainless steel roof hatches with sandblast finish, 14 gauge cover and curb, 12 inch high curb w/cap flashing, reinforced for 40 psf live load, spring hatch w/padlock hasp.
Install OSHA approved permanent stainless steel D-ring anchors at center of concrete tank roof , 2 each per tank; personnel will immediately attach lifelines and will connect lanyards with rope grabs; all work within 6 feet from tank edges will require 100% Personal Fall Arrest Systems
Remove and dispose existing roof hatches from water tanks, 8 each. Install new stainless steel roof hatches, 8 ea, secure using stainless steel bolts and anchors
