Scope of Work: Mobilize crane to jobsite. Crane to be inspected by DZSP Transportation prior to any work starting. All required documentation and certifications will be available on site for crane, operator and rigger. Remove and dispose existing ducting between base of antenna and roof of building. Remove bolts securing dome to platform, lift dome and place on ground, certified rigger to place rigging, secure to lifting hook and attach tag lines, dome to be removed by others
Remove bolts securing dish antenna to platform, lift dish antenna and place on ground, certified rigger to place rigging, secure to lifting hook and attach tag lines, antenna to be removed by others. Remove nuts securing platform to concrete beams. Remove 2 each steel access ladders from platform. Certified rigger to place rigging, secure to lifting hook and attach tag lines. Crane will lift platform from roof and place on ground.
Cut apart upper platform from supports; crane to support platform during cutting and will place on ground once loose. Vertical supports will be cut away from horizontal I-beams. Crane will lift platform sections and place on trailer. Platform sections to be secured to trailer and transported and disposed. Fabricate and install stainless steel covers for antenna duct roof penetrations, apply sealant and secure with stainless steel fasteners. Threaded studs in roof beams will be removed and holes filled with grout
