Scope of Work: Remove and dispose existing carpeting, approximately 270 SF. Remove and dispose existing vertical window blinds, 2 each. Prep and paint interior walls, including doors and jambs, approximately 592 SF. Replace 2’ x 4’ ceiling tiles with new, approximately 270 SF. Install new carpeting with cove base, approximately 270 SF. Install new vertical window blinds, 4 each. Replace door locksets with new ADA compliant lever locksets, 2 each, and new deadbolts, 2 each; master keyed. Install door signs, 2” x 8”, text “Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)”. Clean and paint existing HVAC diffusers and return grills, 4 each. Replace electrical outlet faceplates, 11 each. Replace telephone/data outlet faceplates, 9 each. Replace light switch faceplates, 2 each. Repair 2 each telephone outlets in room 213.
