Scope of Work: Procure and ship long lead items (gate wheel and roller guides). Remove corrosion from steel gate and vertical columns. Cut out and replace severely corroded areas of steel, use galvanized replacement steel. Apply rust inhibiting epoxy to gate and vertical columns. Replace 1 each missing gate wheel and 2 each roller guides. Replace 2 each pulleys on drive motor and 2 each pulleys on gear box, align pulleys. Install 2 each new drive belts. Lubricate wheels, bearing, gears. Adjust and align gate. Test gate for proper operation.
