Scope of Work: Procure and ship long lead items (dock leveler). Ensure electrical service to dock leveler is de-energized, apply lock out/tag out procedures. Remove and dispose 1 each existing dock leveler at Cool Room #1. Install new dock leveler, 6 foot wide by 7 foot long, 24” deep, 35,000 lb capacity, automatic return; secure to concrete base with new bolts and anchors. Install and wire wall mounted push button remote, connect dock leveler to electrical supply. Energize and test dock leveler for proper operation.
