Scope of Work:
Preparation of Area – Ensure that all gym equipment inside the building has already been removed prior to the start of project. Install caution tapes around the building. Ensure that lead level analysis report has been reviewed and workers are aware of proper procedure in working with lead paint structures. All workers must have valid training certification.
Demolition of Building – Remove existing roofing sheets one by one by removing its hex screws and carefully lowering down the tin sheets. Approximate surface area for this roof is 1944 sf. Cut exisiting purlins one foot from each end. The approximate number of cuts for the purlins is 160 cuts. All cut portions shall be lowered down carefully to its designated storage area. Cut existing trusses including its membersone, approximate;y 40 cuts. Cut existing posts from the existing concrete pavement, approximately 48 cuts.
