Scope of Work: Secure the area before starting the work Roof Leak Repair. Remove damage gypsum ceiling approximately 32SF to give access to investigate the source of roof leaks. Apply epoxy injection on visible cracks on the roof approximately 20LF. Replace the removed ceiling and re-paint the entire span of ceiling at the entrance approximately 240SF.
