Scope of Work:
Leaks located at Q0311 & L2107 (MB3201)
Rooftop Crack Sealing
- Install fall protection for the workers by using lifelines ·and anchorage.
- Apply SOLF epoxy injection on the visible crack on the rooftop.
- After the application1 check thoroughly for other visible cracks.
Bottom of Roof Slab crack Sealing
- Use scissor lift to access the bottom of the roof slab.
- Apply 50LF epoxy injection on the visible crack on the rooftop.
- After the application, check thoroughly for other visible cracks.
For MB 3202 Wall Water leaks
- Clean the wall area to evaluate visible cracks
- Paint water proofing paint on the wall approximately 20’x20′ & 24’x24′.
- Chip the concrete below the door 2″ from the original elevation on the entire width of 4′. Finish the work by plastering with slope going out.
