Scope of Work:
Provide labor equipment and materials to check and repair water leaks coming from walls throughout Building 1, Naval Hospital. Repairs to include interior and exterior of building, also check and repair construction joints. Repair of water leak on the walls by applying epoxy injection.

Remove double door, 8’w x 8’h on A-wing hallway and cover it with CMU and plaster. Remove single door, 4’w x 8’h on Gym and cover it with CMU and plaster. Repair water leak on 12 each existing building wall expansion joints. Conduct leak test to determine source of leak. Excavate the exterior ground to expose the joint bottom part for sealing procedure. Include exploratory and leak test where’s the leak originate. Include also the removal of some window sills to verify the source of water leak.
