This project provided security exterior induction lighting system with photo electric sensors and bypass hand-off-auto (H-O-A) selector switch at the fascia of the Lanai area and repair adjacent area affected by the new installation. IAN provided all necessary labor, material, tansportation, supervision, equipment, and other incidental work required to complete this project.
Scope of work included: removal and securing of existing weatherproof light switch for reinstallation and disconnection of existing wiring connection, remove and dispose weatherproof cover. Remove and disconnect existing ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) duplex receptacle outlet and disconnect wiring connection, secure existing GFCI duplex receptacle outlet for re-installation and remove and dispose existing weatherproof cover. Providing an extension weatherproof type ring junction box on existing junction box of light switch and connect new conduit and wiring for the new security lighting system, connect new wiring to existing un-switch light circuit and extend neutral wire from the existing wall mounted light fixture junction box. Provide induction light fixture integral with photo electric cell sensor, complete with raceway conduit and wiring at the fascia of Lanai area, light fixture shall be suitable for outisde and corrosive environment. Provide H-O-A selector switch complete with conduit and wiring. Repair adjacent area affected by the new installation of exterior security lighting system, paint conduit installation to match existing adjacenet wall color scheme, test exterior security lighting system for proper operation. Provide extension weatherproof type ring junction box on existing junction of GFCI and connect new conduit and wiring for the new security lighting system, provide induction light fixture intergral with photo electric cell sensor, complete with raceway conduit and wiring at the fascia of the Lanai area. Light fixture shall be suirable for outside and corrosive environment. Re-install and reconnect existing GFCI duplex receptacle outlet and provide ew weatherproof cover.
