GCC Campus Painting
Client: Guam Community College
IAN Corporation successfully completed the painting project at Guam Community College for five (5) different buildings at the Guam Community College. The scope of work included both interior and exterior painting surface preparation such as cleaning, patching, and repairing cracks to ensure optimal results. Priming and sealing were applied to enhance durability, followed by weather-resistant coatings.
The project was completed on schedule with minimal disruption to campus operations, and all work met GCC’s standards for quality and safety. The finished result improved both the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of the facilities.
