Warehouse Hardening Project
Client: Port Authority of Guam
IAN Corporation successfully completed a critical infrastructure upgrade for the Port Authority of Guam, involving the removal of all existing metal swing gates, metal headers, outdated roll-up door barrels, and metal track guides at the Warehouse 1 Building. The project included the supply and installation of eleven manually operated galvanized steel roll-up coil doors with epoxy coating, as well as one aluminum access/entrance door complete with frame. Door types, sizes, and locations were specified in the bid schedule. This enhancement project was funded through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), aimed at improving facility resilience and operational efficiency
