Ian "Jay" Chong
President & CEOIan is responsible for the overall management of all construction and business activities, including directing, coordinating, and planning for the organization, control, integration, and completion of projects from contract award to final inspection. He provides a wealth of project experience and industry knowledge to IAN, having worked in the construction industry in Guam for nearly thirty years. He is fully engaged in all matters relevant to the company's operations, both on the technical and financial side. He has reputable relationships with the local and federal government including commercial clients. Mr. Chong continues to build new relationships and fostering stronger relationships with many contractors by working in unity forging the construction industry to high standards of professionalism and quality for the island of Guam.

Board Secretary & CFOSample DescriptionMs. Ji directs the overall finances of the company; these are inclusive of directing and reviewing the preparation of contract budgets and financial reports as well as approving major expenditures and liaises with external accountants and advisors. Because Mrs. Chong has a strong background in industrial and interior design, she also advises on all aspects of interior design, including space planning and layout, use of furnishings, materials, and products, color coordination and lighting, for IAN projects. She is also the business partner, life partner and spouse of Mr. Ian J. Chong.
John Valentine II
Administrative DirectorJohn has an educational background in Business Administration and a career in U.S. domestic and international business activities and administration from 1982 to present. Extensive business negotiation and contract settlement experience between companies, military agencies and government agencies in South Korea, Philippines, Thailand, China, Germany, Canada and the United States to include Guam. He also has experience in representing corporate interests of firms of all sizes and circumstances as well as establishing a variety of personally owned and operated business ventures, actual and cyber.
Junhyoung Park
Project DirectorJun is a specialist in the design of buildings, housings and urban landscapes. He is highly skilled in using AutoCAD and design programs to deliver creative design and space planning solutions, such as Space Design Visionary, Drafting of Floor Plan/Elevation and Details, Design Training & Development, Space Planning Solution, Conceptual Design, Public Design Planning. As a Project Planner, he creates project schedules for project bidding based on scope of work and given performance period as well as preparing baseline construction schedule for awarded project. He accounts for following up on all processes of a project and occurrence of events/activities to prevent delay of a project, comply with customer expectation, and reduce the costs of construction. If a project is delayed, he analyzes the factors of delay and creates a Time Impacted CPM Schedule to comply the given performance period or request time extension to customer based on analyzed factors.
