Scope of Work:
The complete structural demolition of B21000, inclusive of temporary construction fence, dust control, All CMU/Concrete/Gypsum Walls, All Acousitcal Ceiling System, All flooring including exterior sidewalk, Roof/2nd Floor/Ground Floor Concrete Slabs, Stair Cases and Sanitary lines.
Restoration Scope: CMU Walls Installation, Stucco Wall Finish and Exterior Painting, Loam and Seeding (Top Soil, 6″ Thick, Grass Seedling)
