Scope of Work: Remove portion of existing carpet floor finish (approximately 55 SY), pad, tack strip, rubber base, adhesive, etc. and prepare floor surface as required for installation of new 12” x 12” vinyl tile floor finish. Color and pattern of new tile shall be similar to color and pattern of existing tile finish at Room 172, Kitchenette. Color of new rubber base shall match existing base material immediately adjacent to work area at Room 129.
Provide new kitchen base cabinets and performed laminate over particle board countertop with integral backsplash above (approximately 28 LF). Color and pattern of surfaces on new countertop and cabinets shall be similar to existing color and pattern of existing countertop and cabinet at Room 172.
Provide two single-bowl self-rimming stainless steel sinks with faucets on new countertop. Sinks shall both be of similar length and width (25” x 22” or similar) but one sink shall have a standard depth bowl (6”-7”) and other sink shall have a deeper bowl depth (9”-10”). Both sinks shall each be equipped with a garbage disposal system below the sink and appropriate power connection. Faucet type shall be similar to existing faucet type at Room 172.
Provide and install 4 ea. 18 CF refrigerator units with integral ice-making features (Hotpoint model # HTM18GCSSA or approved equal), complete with new water supply connection to each refrigerator unit and new electrical wall outlets for appropriate power connection.
Provide and install 4 ea. microwave oven units (Magic Chef 1.6 cubic foot microwave oven, model number MCD1611ST or approved equal) on new kitchen countertop, complete with new electrical wall outlets for appropriate power connection.
Install 1 ea. commercial type automatic coffee maker unit (BUNN Model Axiom DV-3, Product #38700.0009 or similar) on new kitchen countertop complete with electrical and plumbing connections.
Relocate 2 ea. existing bottled water dispenser units from current locations in Building 205 to new break room and install in location described in attached sketch.
Provide solid oak chair rail moulding along walls (approximately 10 LF).
Provide exhaust system, complete exhaust ducting to outside the building, stainless steel louvers, wall cap, insect screen, etc., complete and operational.
Haul and dispose of demolition debris (approximately 100 CY).
