Scope of Work: Exterior Demolition work includes the demolition and disposal of concrete planter, concrete benches, concrete wall and quarry tile, remove and dispose of mahogany tree, manila palm tree,and plants including tree stamp, remove and dispose of exterior light fixture.
Exterior new work includes: backfill excavated tree stump area with common earth material and compacted on every 6″ lift. Prep sub-base, base course, place concrete and trowel finish in place of theprevious mahogany and palm tree location. Provide new 6″ x 6″ x W’ Quarry tile with epoxy grout and mortar. Water blast, prepare, exterior wall, ceiling and floor of courtyard on Bldg. 25005. Prep, prime and paint 3-coat exterior wall and ceiling of courtyard. Provide and install new surface recess mounted light fixtures and wall mounted light fixture. Repair and clear tree stump on the drainage to unclog. Repair leaks on edge of the existing roofbyclearing roof debris on clogged gutters, and applying sealant on the joint between the roof edge and fascia. Remove and dispose all demolished material on site.
All estimated line items that will be in SOW are fully in place, justified and operational per IBC, IMC, IPC, and other standard construction guide. Restore all areas affected and damage by the construction to its existing conditionwith no cost to the Government. Provide working shop drawing and as-built drawing in bond and CD copy prior toBOD/Final inspection.
