Scope of Work: Demolish existing gate post building and construct new gate post building as per drawings provided. Tap existing water main and install 1” PVC water pipe for new gate post building. Install new 6” sewer pipe from gate post building to nearest sewer manhole, approximately 500 LF, including 5 each ground clean outs with concrete collars. Restore asphalt pavement and concrete curbs demolished for sewer line installation. Restore disturbed grass areas. Install supplied steel crash gate complete with operator, electrical service and control wiring.
