Scope of Work: Water blast roof tops and overhangs to remove algae build-up and bird droppings including restoration of gutters, down spouts, flashings and other drainage system. Also to include repainting of disturbed and stained areas on roof tops with elastomeric roof coating. Perform preventive maintenance measures for exterior doors, windows, frames and shutters.
Water blast painted sidewalks, walkways1 ramps, stairs, steps, stoops, sidewalks and landings. Repaint all painted sidewalks, walkways 1 ramps, stairs, steps, stoops and landings. Repaint areas with new non-skid paint to match existing color.
