Scope of Work:
Window Re-Sealing: Check existing windows for sealant crack if found, carefully take-out the defective sealant. Another option to check water leakage is to use a water hose connected to the facility water supply. This will be done one window at a time. The number of affective windows is 22 each.Carefully apply NP1 sealant to the affected window edges and scrape excess sealant.
Door Re-Sealing: Check the existing door rubber weather strip if still intact and good condition. All defective weather strips will be pulled-out for replacement. The number of doors affected for this job is 10 each. Provide and install new weather strip to the affected doors only.
